Crafting sound

The art of musical storytelling

Each performance is a journey through emotion and experience. George builds his music like a painter creates art - with intention, passion, and raw authenticity.

Early Beginnings

Music has been part of George’s story since childhood. He started playing trumpet at age nine, later picking up baritone, guitar, and bass. By high school, he was performing around metro Detroit, covering songs from Metallica to Wolfmother and learning to fuse rock energy with soulful melody.

Finding His Sound

George earned an associate degree from Oakland Community College, then enrolled at the Detroit Institute of Music Education (DIME) in 2016 to sharpen his songwriting and performance skills. At DIME, he embraced experimentation and discovered his balance of pop hooks and emotional honesty.

Taking the Stage

Over the years, George has performed at some of Detroit’s most respected venues, including the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, Concert of Colors at the Detroit Institute of Arts, Willis Show Bar, and The Underground at DIME. His debut EP, Love Unfolding, celebrates growth, gratitude, and creative purpose. It is an invitation to feel, reflect, and move.
